He first came to see us on December 1, 2011. He's our Elf on the Shelf! At first, Laney wasn't quite sure she liked the idea of Santa sending Wayne to keep and eye on her during the Christmas Season. But, once she read the book a few times, she came around. Now the girls can't wait to see where Wayne will be each morning. Even Kendall loves finding him and she points him out to everyone. Its pretty cute.
