Saturday was Laney's eight month birthday. I got her dressed up today and took her outside to take some pictures...and then my camera battery died three pictures into the shoot. Luckily I got one good one.
This month Laney learned to pull up, and partially cruise. She will walk down the couch or from toy to toy but she isn't going very far; hence "partial."
She is saying "Dadda" but still no "Mamma."
She is fully crawling and getting fast.
She has four teeth totally in on the top, two coming in on top, and then the two on the bottom. We recently noticed that she is grinding her teeth. Bizarre. I did some research on it and will ask her pediatrician next month, but if anyone has experience with this, I would love to hear about it. Along those same lines, she is also biting.
Above everything else, she has really started showing her personality. We have such a great time making her giggle, pointing out things to her, reading to her, and singing. She loves dogs and will scream with delight every time she sees one...which is often considering where we live.
